Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Our team works fast to deliver your order and could already be in transit .
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, efayskin reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. Before checking out, please read ingredient list and product description. If you refuse delivery a $20 restocking fee will be charged and all shipping cost will not be refunded

I mistakenly put the wrong shipping address, phone number, name, and payment information
Please be careful when entering all information when checking out. Our team works fast to deliver your product. Efayskin will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
My products arrived damaged
We are so sorry that your product arrived damaged. Please contact us immediately, within the 72 hours of receiving your order with your order number, via our contact us https://efayskin.com/pages/contact page. Please note you will need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products. Thank you
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our ingredients are organically harvested, our ingredients such as emulsifying wax are plant based and do not contain any animal derived ingredients.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, all of our products are suitable for sensitive skin as we refrain from using any nut oils. Majority of all our ingredients are non comedogenic. In addition, we also have a scentless version of our body butter, body scrub, and body oil that do contain any fragrance.
Are your products cruelty free?
We are a cruelty-free brand, we do not include animal testing into our production/development phase.
Do you use parabens, sulfates, phthalates ?
No, we do not use any parabens, phthalates, or sulfates in any of our products. Please check out the ingredient list for all our products.
Are your products organic?
Majority of all our products are organic, we use many natural ingredients into our products.
How long does your product last?
The shelf life of our products vary, but generally our products can last between 12-18 months. Please refer to the ingredient label to locate the shelf life symbol.
